SysTools Mac MBOX Duplicates Remover: Know How it Works!

Firstly, Install and launch the SysTools Mac MBOX Duplicates Remover. The initial interface of the software is as follow.

Now, Press "Add File & Folder" Option to Add MBOX files into the system.

It also offers a "Remove & Remove All" option to clear accidentally added Thunderbird MBOX data files.

After clicking on "Add File" button, choose the following MBOX files. Tap on Open to add selected MBOX/MBX/MBS files.

After that, change "Destination Path" to save cleaned MBOX data file. Then, hit Next button.

Once the MBOX file is added, select Duplicate Removal Options, i.e, "Within MBOX file or Across MBOX file".

Now, choose the properties to identify duplicates, as this offers 14+ parameters to choose. By default, "Subject and Mail Body" is selected; user can select and deselect as per their choice.

Choose Action Mode, such as Delete Permanatly, Put a Flag, Mark as Expire, and Move to New MBOX file for removing duplicates.

Additionaly, select Date Filter Option for deduplication. Users can add "Start Date and End Date" for particular duplicate deletion.

Finally, Click on Remove Duplicates option to start deduplication of MBOX emails.

All Duplicates are removed as per your selected filters. Tap OK to view more precisely.

Now, one can view complete status of total duplicate counts, along with success counts. If you want to preview in a systematic manner, then click on View Report button.

Double-Click on Export Report file, which is stored as complete report of duplicate counts and success counts.

Now, preview your Complete MBOX Deduplication Status in exported CSV file format.
