SysTools MBOX Email Address Extractor for Mac: Know How it Works!

Click the Add File(s) option to add MBOX email files for extraction

Browse several MBOX email files on Mac and click Open button to load them

Click on "Remove or Remove All" these buttons to remove MBOX files, which you want no more from the selection list

Tick the email address elements to process like To, Cc, Bcc, From, Header and Body for Mac

Select your preferable export format among CSV, TXT, PDF, HTML or VCF file format to save extracted MBOX email addresses

Use advanced filters like date range, domain include/exclude and unwanted email properties

Click the Change button to specify where you want your extracted email address files saved on Mac

Click on the Export button to start with the process of extracting email addresses from chosen MBOX files

Confirmation pop-up will appear that email address extraction has been done successfully

In this window, you will get summary including source file paths, record count, and it's completion status

Go to location on Mac to get extracted email address files and export report in detail
