SysTools MBOX Email Address Extractor: Know How it Works!

Next, click on Add File(s) to choose MBOX, MBX, MBS, whichever file you want.

You can also browse multiple MBOX files to extract the email addresses from. Just click on Open button to load into the software

After that move to the added MBOX files and select Remove or Remove All if needed.

Make sure that all the chosen MBOX files are displayed in the panel. Click on Next button.

Select the necessary email address fields like To, Cc, Bcc, From, Header, & Body.

Here, choose the Export formats to extract your email addresses. For now, VCF is the selected output.

Go to Advance Filters where you can set according to the desired date. You can check the Domain name option if you want to Include/Exclude.

After that, tap on Change button to set the destination path of your exported file.

Done with the customization, now just press on Export button to start the extraction process.

Now, you will see the pop-up showing Export Process Completed Successfully. Hit on OK button

Review the extraction summary providing source paths, record count, and completed status. At last, click on View Report.

Navigate to the destination folder where you can find the extracted email address files and export report.
