SysTools MDF Viewer - Know How it Works!
Check all the steps to view MDF files.
From the software menu, Click on “Open” to browse and open the desired MDF file from its location:
Now Choose The Scan Mode
Select the Option from Quick Scan and Advanced Scan. The user can check Quick Scan option for normal corruption of database, for major level of corruption the user can select Advanced Scan. Also Choose the version of SQL Server, if you dont know the version Just click on Auto detect SQL Server .mdf file version.
Mark the Option Preview deleted records checkbox to preview permanently deleted table records in Red color.
Scanning Process of MDF File
The MDF Viewer Software will display the scanning report after performing Quick Scan operation on MDF File.
Software will prompt a note for Quick Scan results and recommend to use Advance scan if the expected results not found by Quick Scan. Click Ok to preview SQL database items.
MDF Viewer Software Will Preview the database objects such as Table, Views, Stored procedure, Rules, Triggers, Functions etc.
Also the user can preview Unicode Data data type by using this Software.
The User Can Preview Unicode Stored Procedure.
Also User Can Preview Unicode Functions By Using This software.
Important Note: If the user wants to recover the SQL database objects then the user can upgrade to SQL SysTools MDF Viewer Pro Software. This will helps the users to recover and Export the SQL MDF file database to SQL Server easily.
