Split NSF By Year: Steps to Know How it Works!

First, select the option to Split by Year and click on Next

Next, you are required to browse your source NSF file & click on Browse

Select the location of NSF files from your machine.

Select the Year Range on the basis of which you want to separate the NSF file.

Select the destination folder to keep the resultant NSF files.

Once you are done with it, then click on Next.

All the information will be displayed on your screen, check them thoroughly & click on Split

Then the Current Status of processing will be shown on screen:

Then a screen will notify you about the successful completion of the process:

The process is completed. The tool will now generate a CSV Report which contains the thorough log on per folder partitioned from initial NSF files & no. of items it contains.

You can now Compare & View your NSF files report.
