A Step by Step Guide to Convert OFT Data into 12+ File Formats
Using SysTools OFT Converter Software
Begin the installation by choosing your preferred language from the Select Setup Language drop-down menu. The selected language will be used throughout the installation wizard, making it easier to follow the setup process. After selecting the desired language, click OK to proceed with the installation.

Choose your preferred language from the Select Language drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the software interface. The application will instantly switch to the selected language for a more convenient user experience.

Navigate to the folder containing your OFT files using the left panel. Select the required folder to load and preview all available OFT files in the software.

Use the Switch View option to choose between Horizontal and Vertical preview layouts. Select the view that best suits your preference for reviewing OFT file contents.

The software offers multiple preview modes to examine different aspects of the selected OFT file. Choose the required tab to view the email content in your preferred format.
Navigate to the folder containing your OFT files using the left panel. Select the required folder to load and preview all available OFT files in the software.

You can simply click the Export button to convert all loaded OFT files at once. The software will proceed to the export settings, where you can choose the desired output format and destination.

After clicking the "Export button" the software will display various file formats. Select "PST."

Click Adv. Settings to configure additional export options before starting the conversion. Customize the settings based on your requirements for the selected output format.

Configure the required PST Settings such as split options, date filters, or categories, then click Save to apply the selected settings.

Click Browse to choose the folder where the converted files will be saved. After selecting the destination, click OK to confirm the location.

After selecting the export format and destination, click Export to begin the conversion. You can also enable Create PST For Each Folder to generate a separate PST file for every folder.

Once the conversion is finished, a confirmation message will appear. Click OK to close the dialog and access the converted files in the selected destination folder.

After the conversion, click Save to export the conversion report containing the exported path, success count, and failed count for future reference.

Enter a file name and choose the destination to save the export report. Click Save to store the report for future reference.

From the export options, choose PDF as the output format. Then, specify the destination path where you want to save the converted PDF files.

Click Adv. Settings to apply additional PDF export options, such as splitting PDFs or creating a single PDF for each folder, as needed.

Under General Settings, customize the PDF export by selecting a file naming convention, enabling category-based export, applying a date filter, or including Internet message headers.

Choose a delimiter (Underscore, Space, or Hyphen) to replace special characters in exported PDF file names for better compatibility.

Use the Page Layout settings to customize PDF margins, page orientation, page size, and header/footer formatting before exporting.

Configure how email attachments are handled in the exported PDF—embed them as pins, append them as PDF pages, or save them separately in their original format.

Enable Bates Number to apply sequential numbering to exported PDF files. You can customize the prefix, suffix, position, font, and optional date stamp.

Click Browse to choose the destination folder where the exported PDF files will be saved.

Enable Create Single PDF For Each Folder to merge all emails within a folder into one PDF file. Once configured, click Export to begin the PDF conversion process.

After the conversion is completed successfully, click OK to close the confirmation message and proceed to access the exported PDF files from the selected destination.

After the export is finished, the tool displays a detailed Export Report showing the exported path, source file name, success count, and failed items. Click Save to store the report for future reference or auditing purposes.

Choose the location and filename to save the export report in CSV format, then click Save. The generated report can be used to review export statistics, verify completed conversions, and maintain a record of the export process.

Select MBOX as the export format to convert the mailbox into MBOX (.mbox) files compatible with supported email clients.

Click Adv. Settings to configure additional MBOX export options before starting the conversion.

Enable the Date Range filter (if needed) to export only MBOX items within the selected dates, then click Save.

Click Browse, choose the destination folder for the exported MBOX files, and click OK.

Enable Create Single MBOX File for all folders to combine all mailbox folders into one MBOX file, then click Export.

After the export is finished, the tool displays a detailed Export Report showing the exported path, source file name, success count, and failed items. Click Save to store the report for future reference or auditing purposes.

Choose the location and filename to save the export report in CSV format, then click Save. The generated report can be used to review export statistics, verify completed conversions, and maintain a record of the export process.

Select MSG as the export format to save each email as an individual Microsoft Outlook MSG file.

Click Adv. Settings to configure additional MSG export options before starting the conversion.

Choose the preferred Naming Convention for MSG files, configure other optional settings if required, and click Save.

Select the preferred Delimiter for Special Characters (Underscore, Space, or Hyphen), then click Save to apply the changes.

Enable Date Range or select specific Categories if needed, then click Save to apply the export settings.

Click Browse, choose the destination folder, and press OK to confirm the export location.

Verify the destination path, then click Export to start converting the selected OFT files into MSG format.

After the export is finished, the tool displays a detailed Export Report showing the exported path, source file name, success count, and failed items. Click Save to store the report for future reference or auditing purposes.

Select EML as the export format to convert OFT files into standard RFC822 (.eml) email files.

Click Adv. Settings to configure EML export options such as naming conventions, date filters, and item categories before starting the export.

Customize how EML files are named by selecting a preferred naming convention. You can also apply date range filters to export specific emails while preserving an organized file structure.

Choose a delimiter for special characters in exported EML filenames. Available options include Underscore (_), Space, and Hyphen (-) to create clean and compatible file names.

Select the destination folder where the exported EML files will be saved. After choosing the desired location, click OK to confirm and continue with the export process.

After reviewing the export settings and selecting the destination folder, click the Export button to begin converting the selected OFT items into EML format.

Once the export is completed successfully, a confirmation message will appear. Click OK to close the notification and proceed to access the exported EML files.

Select EMLX as the export format to convert OFT emails into Apple Mail-compatible .emlx files. This option is available only for email items.

Click Adv. Settings to customize the EMLX export process with file naming patterns, special character delimiters, date filters, and category-specific export preferences.

Choose a preferred Naming Convention to save exported EMLX files with meaningful names based on the subject, date, sender, recipient, MD5, auto-increment, or other available patterns.

Select a Delimiter for Special Characters to separate elements in exported EMLX filenames. Choose between Underscore (_), Space, or Hyphen (-) for improved readability and compatibility.

Click Browse to choose the destination folder where the exported EMLX files will be saved, then confirm the selected location by clicking OK.

After reviewing the selected export format, destination, and preferences, click Export to begin converting the selected OFT files into the EMLX format.

Once the export is completed successfully, a confirmation message will appear. Click OK to close the notification and proceed to access the exported EMLX files.

After the export is finished, the tool displays a detailed Export Report showing the exported path, source file name, success count, and failed items. Click Save to store the report for future reference or auditing purposes.

Choose the required vCard version and merge preferences if needed, then click Save to apply the settings.

Browse and select the destination folder where the exported vCard files will be saved, then click OK.

Verify the destination path and click Export to start converting the selected contacts into vCard (.vcf) format.

After the export is finished, the tool displays a detailed Export Report showing the exported path, source file name, success count, and failed items. Click Save to store the report for future reference or auditing purposes.

Configure the ICS Split and Naming Convention settings as needed, then click Save to apply the changes.

Select a Delimiter for Special Characters (Underscore, Space, or Hyphen) to define how special characters are handled in the exported ICS file names.

Browse and select the destination folder where the exported ICS files will be saved, then click OK.

Verify the destination path and click Export to start converting the selected contacts into ICS format.

After the export is finished, the tool displays a detailed Export Report showing the exported path, source file name, success count, and failed items. Click Save to store the report for future reference or auditing purposes.
