SysTools Mac OLM Split Tool: Know How it Works!

Step-by-step guide to split OLM file into smaller parts using Mac OLM Splitter Software

STEP 1

Download and run SysTools Mac OLM Splitter. The following interface will be showed

Now, click on Add File option to split oversized Mac OLM file and hit Next

STEP 3

Browse and navigate to the location where the OLM file is placed

Once the OLM file is successfully uploaded, the same will be shown in the software panel and click Next to proceed further.

STEP 5

Split by Size: Specify the size in which the OLM file will be splitted

Mention the destination location to save divided OLM file and click Split button

Upon successful migration, a dialog box for the same will be shown. A CSV file with detailed report will also be automatically generated.

At the destination location, export report in CSV format will be saved for each divided OLM file as shown below:

You can view each split OLM files individually as shown in the image below:

STEP 5

You can split OLM files by single date or multiple dates by specifying the desired date range in the given fields.

Choose the desired location to save the output split OLM files

Once the process is completed, Following prompt will appear

Finally, at the specified location, the divided OLM files along with the report in each folder will be saved

Within the folder, export report and divided OLM file is placed

STEP 5

Under Split by Email ID, mention accurate email ID in the field. Customized the data to be divided by choosing From, To, Cc, Bcc options

Once the process gets complete, the following dialog box will appear.

You can view the complete report of the whole process:

STEP 8

You can view the final splitted OLM file at the destination location. Report will be automatically saved.

Within the folder, separate OLM file is saved.

STEP 5

You can break OLM files for all folders or selective folders. Choose the desired option as per the need and mention the target location to place divided OLM file.

STEP 6

Upon successful completion, the same will be prompted in the software panel.

STEP 7

For all the selected folder, separate export report in CSV format will be created.

You can view individual OLM file with the folder name at the destination location.
