Steps to Import Merged OST into Existing Outlook Profile

Merge OST File to Single PST & Import into Active / Existing Account

STEP 1

After you merge OST File using SysTools OST Merge Software. Follow the below steps to import PST File (or merged OST File) into Existing Outlook Profile. This procedure will help you combine your output file with OST File of the active Outlook Account.

STEP 2

Open Outlook & Go to File > Select Open & Export Option. Then Choose Import/Export

STEP 3

Then, Choose "Import from another profile or file" & select Next.

STEP 4

From the below shown window Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" & Choose Next.

STEP 5

Browse the PST File location from your system & Choose "Do not import duplicates" , if you do not want duplicacy of your emails

STEP 6

Check option "Include sub-folder" & Select "Import into the same folder in" & Choose the profile wher you want to import your merged OST File.

STEP 7

Now, you can preview your Joined OST File data , imported into current Outlook Profile.

STEP 5

Browse the PST File location from your system & Choose "Do not import duplicates" , if you do not want duplicacy of your emails

STEP 6

Check option "Include sub-folder" & Select "Import into the same folder in" & Choose the profile wher you want to import your merged OST File.

STEP 7

Now, you can preview your Merged OST File data , imported into current Outlook Profile.

Browse the PST File location from your system & Choose "Do not import duplicates" , if you do not want duplicacy of your emails

Check option "Include sub-folder" & Select "Import into the same folder in" & Choose the profile wher you want to import your merged OST File.

STEP 7

Go to Outlook Contacts to preview the imported data as shown below:

Now, you can preview your Merged OST File Contacts , imported into current Outlook Profile.
