Step by Step Working of Mac Outlook Cached Contacts Recovery Tool & Export them in Multiple Formats

STEP 1

Launch "SysTools Mac Outlook Cached Contacts Recovery" software. The user interface of the software is as follows:

STEP 2

You can "Auto-Locate Mac Outlook 2019/2016/Office 365 Profiles or Mac Outlook 2011 Identities". Select the radio button adjacent to the Outlook version you are using.

STEP 3

Select the Outlook Profile / Identity that you want to recover and click on Scan button.

STEP 4

Select the Mac Outlook 2011 Identities option if you want to export from Mac Outlook 2011

STEP 2

If you want to manually locate OLK file(s) or Folder containing OLK files, then select the third radio button stated as "Let me Browse" option.

Here, you get two options to browse OLK files i.e. Add File(s) & Add Folder(s).

In first step, let's see how to add OLK files using Add File(s) option.

Navigate to the location and add the OLK files and then click on the Next button.

Click on the “Add Folder(s)” button to browse OLK folders. You can browse folders without identity folder.

Navigate and select the Folder on the system and click on Choose.

If you choose OLK files to be converted in PST format, then choose the corresponding radio button labeled as PST

Click on the "Change" button to select the final destination for the exported PST files.

Navigate and select the location for the exported PST files.

Click on the "Export" button.

The Software will start the conversion process as shown below:

After that a message will be displayed showing the export process completed successfully. Now, click on OK to view the exported data & the export report.

Click on the View Report option to view the exported data & the Export Report.

You can now view the CSV report by clicking on the "Export Report" folder & can view the exported data also.

The Export Process Report is display shown below:

The final exported PST file can be viewed at their specific location as follows:

Now, select PDF radio button to export OLK files into PDF format.

Create Single PDF file: The tool permits to create single PDF file

Click on the "Change" button to select the final destination for the exported PST files.

Click on the "Export" button.

STEP 7

The progress report will be shown as follows:

After that, a pop up will appear showing "Export process completed successfully".

The tool will then display the completed Export report which can also be downloaded by clicking on "View report" button.

Click on the "Export Report" folder to open the exported data along with the export report

The exported PDF files or the data can be viewed as follows:

Now, Select MSG radio button to export data items into MSG format.

Click on the "Change" button to select the final destination for the exported files.

The destination path will be shown as follows. Click on the "Export" button.

The progress report will be shown as follows:

The export report can be saved for the export process. Click on the "View Report" button.

Click on the "Export Report" Folder to open the export report.

The final exported MSG file can be viewed at their specific location as follows:

Click on HTML radio button to export the files in .html format.

Now click on Change button and navigate to the destination location where you want to save the HTML files.

You can see the file path of the destination location. Click on Export button.

Now Export process will begin. The software will show Mail and Fail Count along with the Export status.

A confirmation box will appear once the export process is finished. Click on OK button.

The software will open folder directory. You can see a folder named Export Report is automatically created. Open the underlying CSV file.

Now you can view the complete process details such as mail count, fail count, source path, destination path, and export status.

You can check your destination location to find all your OLK files converted to HTML format.

Choose "VCF" radio button to transfer the OLK contacts in .vcf format

Create Single VCF file: Tool authorize to create single VCF file.

Now, Set the Destination Path by clicking on "Change" button

Tool offers different vCard Versions as follows:

vCard 4.0 :for iCloud
vCard 3.0 :for Webmail
vCard 2.1 :for Mobile and Application

STEP 6

Browse the destination location where you want to save exported .vcf file.

You can view the destination location, after that click on "Export" button to start the conversion process.

The software will then start the conversion process by displaying the status of the export process.

After sometime, a screen will appear showing "Export process completed successfully" message. Click "OK"

Now, click on "View Report" button to view the process report and the exported .ics data.

You can view the destination location, after that click on "Export" button to start the conversion process.
