SysTools Mac Parquet Merger Software: Combine Multiple Parquet Files Into One
Know the step-by-step process to merge multiple .parquet files into a single consolidated file with smart merge modes with complete precision.
The tool offers four modes to browse files for the merge process:
- Add File(s): For browsing .parquet files individually in the software.
- Add Folder(s): To add complete folder for the file merge process.
- Remove: To remove unrequired .parquet files from the software panel.
- Remove All: Remove all loaded files from the software panel.
The tool next displays the .parquet files in the software panel. In case there are files that aren't required for merge process, you can simply click on the file to deselect it.
With this utility, users get three effective Merge Modes:
- Union Merge
- Intersect Merge
- Strict Merge
Choose Union Merge Option to merge multiple .parquet files having distinct columns and data for the merge process.
To save the files, choose a destination path. In case no location is specified, the tool saves resultant files on the Desktop as a default location.
When the process is completed, a pop-up message for Successful Parquet Merge Process Completion will be displayed.
After merge process, the software offers a complete process report with Source Path, Record Count, Status for future analysis.
Also, the users can save these reports on their devices.
Choose Intersect Merge Mode
This Merge Mode is effective for Parquet files having at least one similar column within the provided .parquet files.
Important: If the files provided doesn't have any similar columns, the tool will display a warning message.
Next, select a destination path to save the consolidted .parquet files. In case there isn't a path specified, the software chooses Desktop as a default location.
When the process is completed, a pop-up message for Successful Parquet File Merge is displayed.
Additionally, the tool provides a complete Merge Status Report after completing the merge process. The tool also offers the option to save the report.
Browse destination path, to save the resultant files. If no destination chosen, the tool will save the files on desktop by default.
Click on the Merge Button to proceed with the merging process of the provided .parquet files.
Remember: The Strict Merge mode requires the provided parquet files to have similar column names or else it will display a warning message.
When the merging process is completed, the tool shows a Merge Process Successful display message.
For complete process analysis, users can view the complete Export Status Report after the merge completion.
