SysTools Mac PDF Recovery: Know How it Works!

Launch SysTools Mac PDF Recovery on your Mac system.

Click on "Add Files / Add Folder" to insert corrupted PDFs that you want to repair

Users can also draw out wrongly added PDF files with "Remove" and "Remove All" options respectively.

Browse for PDF files present in your Mac system. You can select the folder and then all the PDF files. After that, you can click on Open button.

After adding PDFs, you can click on Scan button .

The following window will come only when your PDF files are highly corrupted and will need a advanced scan. Click "Yes".

On completion of scanning process click on "OK".

Here you can see the preview of a repaired PDF document. Remember if the tool fails to repair corrupted PDF, it won't show any preview. Also, if you are using demo version of the tool, it will show "SysTools" watermark.

You can now click on "Save" to save the resultant files.

While selecting the destination path to save the resultant PDFs you can either choose the existing folder or create new folder. Here I have choose to create new folder that will be saved on desktop.

Here you can name of your folder, I have named it "Repaired PDF" and then, hit Create button.

Now, here either you can make subfolder or choose the location in which you have saved your folder. I have saved "Repaired PDF" folder on desktop, so I will choose desktop location.

Select your desired folder (Here I have chose "Repaired PDF") and hit OK button.

Once export process gets completed click OK button.

Either click on the destibation path link to get the resulant PDFs or click on View Report button.

Here you can see two folders. "Corrupted PDF" folder contains your PDF files that have been repaired by the tool. In "Export Report" folder, you will have the CSV file to see the status of the export process.

Open the CSV file (note that the CSV file has the same name as the folder that I created).

Here is your report with status.
