How to Use SysTools PDF Media Inserter Tool?

Add media such as images and attachments to make your PDFs more engaging, informative, and visually appealing.


Additional Requirement:

If you are unable to install this SysTools application, then before launching it, please make sure to update or install the Microsoft App Installer at your machine.

STEP 1

Download and install the SysTools PDF Media Inserter on your system. Launch the application after installation.

STEP 2

Click on the Add Attachment(s) tab to add the files like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, text files, and more as an attachments.

Select the file(s) you want to add. Then, hit on the Open button.

Now, click on the Next button.

After that, hit on the Browse button to Select the Source PDF File to add attachments.

Note: If the PDF size exceeds more than 2GB, the remaining media will not be inserted.

Locate the Source PDF file and Tap on the "Open" button.

If the Source PDF has any Password, you can type the Password under the Please Enter Password section.

Next, Select the Destination Path Where the Output File will be Saved by clicking on the Change button.

Choose the Folder where you want to save the output file by clicking on the Select Folder button.

Finally, click on the Insert button.

After completing of insertion, click on the OK button.

Next, tap on the View Report option to view the output file.

Open the Inserted Attachments PDF file.

Now, you can view the attachments that are added to the PDF file.

Click on Add Image(s) tab to add inline images in the PDF of your choice.

Browse to specify the image from the location you want to add and tap on the Open button.

Then, Tap on the Next button.

After that, hit on the Browse button to Select the Source PDF File to add inline images.

Note: If the PDF size exceeds more than 2GB, the remaining media will not be inserted.

If the Source PDF file has any Password, you can type the Password under the Please Enter Password section.
