Once the "Add Files"button has been clicked, browse the PDF containing the rich media > tab Open.
To remove unwanted files without leaving the dashboard after uploading them, select the “Remove and Remove All” option.
If the document is password-protected, enter the document's credentials in the "Password" field.
Two options under media types i.e., Attachments and Rich Media for immediate removal—are available in the following interface .
From Select Media Object, click on “Remove Attachment” remove the PDF document's attached files.
To eliminate attachments > Select Media Action: Remove or Remove and Save option.
Please take note: It is crucial to understand how both features perform before selecting any action. Look at this:
- Remove: To completely remove all attachments from a PDF document.
- Remove and Save: This function allows users to delete and even save the attachments for later use or as a backup.
After clicking on the Export option, the tool starts the process. Once it's done, a pop-up message will appear as "Export process is completed." > Press the Ok button.
Verify the status now, including the number of files, success, and failure counts from the dashboard.
To remove rich media > Select Media Action Remove or Remove and Save option.

- Remove: To completely remove rich items from a PDF document.
- Remove and Save: This function allows users to delete and even save the rich media for later use or as a backup.
After clicking on Change, set the destination path by clicking on Select Folder to save output file.
After clicking on the Export feature, the tool starts the process. Once it's done, a pop-up message will display > Press the Ok button.
Once the process is completed, verify the status on number of files, success, and failure counts.
