After clicking the "Add Files", browse the PDF containing rich media content from your computer > tab open.
After adding files, if you have accidentally uploaded an unwanted document, choose the “Remove and Remove All” features to delete files without leaving the dashboard.
If the document is secured with known password, enter the document credentials in "Password" section.
In the next interface, there are three options under media types, i.e., Attachments, Inline Images, and Rich Media for instant removal.
Go to Select Media Object and tap “Remove Attachment” to delete the attached files from PDF document.
To remove media > Select Media Action: Remove or Remove and Save icon.
Please note: Before picking any action, it is essential to understand the working of both features. Take a look below:
- Remove: To permanently remove all attachments from any PDF document.
- Remove and Save: Using this feature, users can remove and even save the attachments future needs or backup.
Press the Export button to remove all attachments, making the document sizable and manageable.
After clicking on Export option, the tool start the process. Once it done, a pop message will appear as "Export process is successfully completed" > press Ok button.
Now, check the status: number of files, success count, and failure count. Additionally, you can review the path of output files.
In the Select Media Action, use any feature for removal: Remove or Remove and Save.

- Remove and Save: Using this feature, users can remove and even save the embedded images for future needs or backup.
After clicking the Change option, browse the path via selecting the folder to save the output document.
After this, the export process will start. Once the process completed, it will display a pop message > click OK button.
On the Select Media Action dialogue, check any of the removal option: Remove or Remove and then Save.

- Remove and Save: Using this feature, users can remove and even save the embedded rich media for future needs or backup.
After clicking on Change, set the destination path by clicking on Select Folder to save file.
After clicking on Export option, wait for the pop message showing "Export process completed successfully" > press Ok.
