SysTools Mac PowerPoint Password Recovery Tool: How it Works!

STEP 1

SysTools PowerPoint Password Recovery Tool provides two different recovery mode: Unkown Password (Brute Force Attack) and Partial Known Password (Mask Attack).

Select the Unknown Password(Brute Force Attack) option.

After choosing “Unknown Password (Brute Force Attack)” select verious options given below:

  • Include Uppercase letters (eg.ABCDEF): This option is used when the password contains uppercase letters.
  • Include Lowercase letters (eg. abcdef): Used when password contains lowecase letters.
  • Include Numbers (eg.123456): This include numerical numbers like 1,2,3,4,5....and more
  • Include Special Characters (eg.#@$!%): Under this feature, all the special characters added in password can be selected.
  • Include Space or Tab: This option is useful when there is any space or gap in password..
  • Password Length: This option allows users to add max length and minimum length of password. This tool can identify length till 12 digits.

STEP 6

Click on the Recover button to know the same password.

A pop-up will appear, tap on the OK button to complete the process.

Finally, click on the Copy Password and open your locked .ppt file easily.

Now, PPT file will require a password, and you need to enter the Recover Password to unlock the PPT file.

Under this section, choose Partial Known Password (Mask Attack).

After choosing the second option, select multiple options given below:

  • Include Uppercase letters (eg.ABCDEF): This option is used when the password contains uppercase letters.
  • Include Lowercase letters (eg. abcdef): Used when password contains lowecase letters.
  • Include Numbers (eg.123456): This include numerical numbers like 1,2,3,4,5....and more
  • Include Special Characters (eg.#@$!%): Under this feature, all the special characters added in password can be selected.

STEP 6

Now, tap on the Recover start the process.

Again a pop-up will come on your screen, tap on the OK button complete the process.

Now, click on the Copy Password button to open your .pptx file in PowerPoint effortlessely.

Now, PowerPoint file will need a password, and you need to enter the Recovered Password to open the PPTX PowerPoint file.
