Make sure hMailServer supports an IMAP server and create a CSV file that contains the email address of your Office 365 email, the username used in hMailServer, and the password of your account for each mailbox. After that, follow the steps below.

1. First, log in to the Microsoft 365 admin account. Then, go to the Admin Centers button.
2. Click on the Exchange option and go to the Exchange Admin Center.
3. Select the Recipients, then the Migration option.
4. Click on the … button and select Migration endpoints.
5. Press the + button to add a new endpoint and choose the IMAP option.
6. Provide the name for the endpoint and the details of hMailServer.
7. Check the connection so that it can easily communicate with hMailServer and then save the endpoint.
