How Does SysTools Mac XML Splitter and Merger Tool Works?

STEP 1

Download and Launch the SysTools Mac XML splitter and merger tool and select the Split XML option.

STEP 2

Browse & upload single and multiple XML files/folders in the interface using the Add Files and Add Folders options.

STEP 3

Choose the XML files on mac and tap on the Open button.

STEP 4

All your selected files will appear on the screen, and hit on the Next icon.

STEP 5

Here, the tool provide two different Advanced Options: Split by Record and Split by Size.

STEP 6

Select the Split by Record option to divide your selected XML files based on the number of records. You can choose a minimum of 10 records per file and increase the number as per your needs.

Tap on the change button to select the destination path and tap the Split button.

After completing the process, a pop-up will appear click on the “Ok” button to complete the process.

Click the View Report option to analyze the report and understand the process details.

Select Split by Size option to divide your XML file based on its size . You can specify the desired output file size to manage your data seamlessly. The mac software allows you to choose the size in KB, MB, or GB as per your preference.

Use the Change option to set the location path and hit the Split button.

Now, again a pop-up will appear on your screen ,select the OK button to complete the splitting process.

Finally,clcik on the View Report button to find the resulatant XML files.

Add your single and multiple XML files/folders in the tool using the Add Files and Add Folders options.

Choose the XML files and select the Open icon.

All your selected files will appear on the screen of the software, and tap the Next button to merge.

Use advance option and select the Primary File, i.e., the file you want to set as the main source of data that will appear on top of the merged XML files and select the destination path by clicking on Change icon.

Now, a dialogue box will appear, click on the “Ok” button to start the process.

STEP 7

Lastly, hit the View Report option to view the resultant merge xml files.
