Steps to View XPS & OXPS Files on Windows

Download & Run XPS Viewer to Open and View XPS / OXPS file on Windows 10 / 8 / 7 / Vista / XP with all documents like text, images etc. It allows to Explore & Sort XPS files information like file name, size etc

STEP 1

Download & Install SysTools XPS Viewer Tool . Then , Go to Start » All Programs » SysTools XPS Viewer. The initial Window of XPS Viewer will appear.

STEP 2

Select the folder consisting XPS or OXPS files from the left panel of the window. You can preview all the files on the right panel of the window.

Select the respective .xps /.oxps file which you want to preview within the software

You can make use of top bar of the preview pane to sort xps file according to File Name, Size & Creation Date as per convenience.

STEP 5

You can make use of Special commands like ctrl+ Scroll Up/ Down to Zoom in & Zoom out XPS & OXPS File as shown below:

STEP 6

Go to File > Exit to Exit from Application Window.

Choose Yes to exit when aplication displays window with message "Are you sure you want to close the application".
