SysTools Outlook Cached Contacts Recovery: Know How it Works!

Recover & Save Outlook Cached Contaccts from NK2 and DAT Files to New PST/ Existing PST/ vCard/ PDF/ CSV/ Google CSV/ MSG/ HTML/DAT Using this Amazing Outlook Cached Contacts Recovery

STEP 1

Open SysTools Outlook Cached Contacts Recovery tool by clicking on Start Menu » SysTools Outlook Cached Contacts Recovery

STEP 2

Click on the Add File button and select Add Files or Add Folder option to add Outlook NK2 or DAT file.

You can also choose the Auto detect storgae location to auto add the cached contacts file in to the software.

Note: Outlook 2007 and below creates NK2 file for cached contacts and after 2007 versions Outlook creates DAT file for cached contacts.

After adding for Dat/ NK2, click on Add button.

STEP 3

Once the DAT file is added to the software pane you can view all the recovered file into the preview pane. If you added the NK2 file to the software, then you can also view all your recovered cached contacts into the preview pane area.

Click on Export button on the left hand side if you want to transfer the whole data or you can click on Export Selected given on the right hand side of the panel and then check the contact boxes manually to export selected cached contacts.

Here you will have to choose the export format options:

Export Outlook Cached Contacts to PST Format

Select the "PST" from "Export Option."

Also you can check the "Export into Default Contacts Folder" to save all your cached contacts into default contact folder or you can browse for destination location.

You can also choose to Create a Single PST.

STEP 8

After selecting export option choose the Destination location to save all the recovered Outlook cached contacts.

STEP 9

Once you have selected the desired destination location click on the Export button to start the process. But make sure you have selected the files from side panel.

Click on the OK button once the task is completed.

Success and Fail Counts of the processes will generated,click on Save to save the CSV report for the same.

Now, to see all the recovered contact files, go to the destination loaction that you have choosed during the process.

Export Outlook Cached Contacts to PST Format

Select the "PST" from "Export Option."

Also you can check the "Export into Default Contacts Folder" to save all your cached contacts into default contact folder or you can browse for destination location.

After selecting export option choose the Destination location to save all the recovered Outlook cached contacts.

STEP 9

Once you have selected the desired destination location click on the Export button to start the process. But make sure you have selected the files from side panel.

Export Outlook Cached Contacts to vCard Format

Choose the "vCard" from "Export Option". Click on Advance Settings.

In vCard option the tool provide the Advance Settings that provide you the option to choose the vCard versions such as vCard 2.1, 3.0, and 4.0. In advance settings you can also select the Merge vCard option to merge multiple contacts into single vCard.

Click on OK.

STEP 9

Browse for the Destination location to save all the recovered Outlook cached contacts.

After selecting the desired destination location click on the Export button to start the process.

Choose the Google CSV export option from the Export Option."

After that, click on the Export option to start the process.

Choose the "PDF" option from the "Export Option". Also note you can create the single PDF. Now browse for destination location.

Click on the OK button once the task is completed.

Go to the destination location to view all the exported Outlook cached contacts.

Choose the "MSG" option from "Export Option"

Choose the "HTML" option from "Export Option."
