How to Remove Duplicate Emails from Outlook

Select "Add File" to find and remove duplicate emails within PST file or click on "Add Folder" to remove duplicate emails across PST files.

The software also provides flexibility to Remove selected PST or group of PST files from the chosen ones.

After selecting PST files from the machine, click on Open button:

Now, if required, you can remove the PST file by selecting the PST File & clicking on the Remove button. If you desire to remove all the PST files, then you can do that with the Remove All option:

Select Analyze Mode

After selecting PST Files, select desired mode to analyze Outlook PST emails:

Software Provides two Export Options:

Export Individual PST file: It allows to export PST file after removing duplicates.

Export Consolidated PST file: With this option you can merge PST files without repeated emails.

Now select the desired option from, either Create Non-Duplicate PST with additional PST file separately containing duplicate emails or Create individual PST file of non-duplicate emails.

Yes – Tool will create an individual PST file for each PST file.

No – The tool will not export any duplicate emails.

After selection of desired export option, click on Browse in order to save the PST at a desired location:

Choose the desired folder to save the output or you can even create a new folder by clicking on "Make New Folder" to save the consolidated PST without repeated emails safely. Then press "OK"

Click on "Start" to initiate the export process. Clicking on "Cancel" button will take you back to the previous step.

Analyze and Export option gives you a simultaneous result of Analysis and Export. You can't access the option using Demo version. For this you need to buy the full version of the software.

The software gives a success report after completely analyzing, and removing duplicate emails from Outlook files. Software exports Outlook PST to CSV format in order to increase its accessibility to a wide range of platforms. Press "OK" to terminate the process.

You can analyze the current & overall status of the export process. Click on the "Close" button to close the application.

How to Open PST in Outlook

First open Outlook on your machine. Then Go to File Menu » Open » Outlook Data File...

This will open a browsing window through which you can open and view the PST file. Select the PST file you desire to view & click on OK button:
