How to Migrate Exchange Mailbox to Lotus Notes

Click on Add File button and proceed to add EDB file.

Software allows Select File and Search File option, after this hit ... to browse EDB file.

• Select File: Choose this option if you know the actual path of EDB file that save on your system.
• Search File: This option will allow users to search the EDB file from your system.

Navigate to the path and select the EDB file and hit Open button.

Option to remove encryption from EDB file. For this select the Remove Encryotion option.

A New Popup will appear, simply Add Encryption Details and hit Done.

Option to select the Scan Mode (Quick or Advance) and hit the Add button.

Software will list EDB file folders in Folder List panel. Here software will allow users 8 different view modes (Normal Mail View, Hex, Properties, Message Header, MIME, HTML, RTF, Attachments).

After this hit Export button is highlighted.

Export options window will appear, NSF radio button will be select by default. Hit Advanced Settings option.

Software allows users multiple settings. Select Date Range Option checkbox and hit Add button.

Select the Date range and hit Add button.

Categories Option: Here user can select Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Task, Journals as per requirement.

Notes Client Password: Here confirm your notes client password and hit Save button.

Now hit Browse button to browse the path to save the output file.

Here software allows to choose any existing folder path or create new folder to save output file.

Select Required Options and Hit Export Button.

Export progress report will start wait it for to complete 100%.

After completing the export process, a success message will appear and hit OK.

A Export Report window will appear simply hit Save button.

Navigate to the provided location and verify the output file.
