Transfer your MS Outlook Mailbox into Exchange Server with entire information of PST items. Get the live working process of this Exchange Import Software via screenshots and steps illustrated in the how it works section.
Screen will carry the options as Add file(s), Add folder, Remove, Search Network
Add File(s)- Allows you to select individual PST/multiple file from your machine; you need to select the PST file(s) then go with further step.
Add Folder- You need to select a folder in which PST file(s) are there then all the PST file(s) reside the folder will selected and previewed.
Remove- Allow you to remove selected PST file.
Search Network- This option facilitates users to access the PST file(s) from Network location/machines but they should be under same domain.
The selected PST files will be enlisted in the screen, and then enter mailbox name in theMail Nick Name column to import the data to the specific mailbox
Note- Users can also import multiple PSTfiles in single Exchange mailbox; provide the Mail Nick Name of that Exchangemailbox for associated PST files.
Successful completion of the process will give pop up message as "MS Outlook PST file(s) imported into Exchange server successfully".
1. The wizard will show the name of machines under the same domain that the Exchange shares, with the Domain Credentials, Search Attributes, includingSearch Driveoption
2. Select the desired machine; one or multiple machines can be selected, then search the drive and then the details of thePST files will be enlisted as shown. Among the list select the needed PST mailbox data to continue the import process (For local machine there is no need to provide password as Domain credentials only UserName is required but for other connected machine; need to provide Domain credentials [UserName & Password]).
