Follow the step-by-step guide to transfer data from Exchange to Domino using SysTools Migrator.
Download and install SysTools Migrator on your system. While launching, you will be prompted to provide the Administrator ID and password (for the computer you are using) for authentication.

Access the help section from the left navigation panel to view documentation and prerequisites.

Select "Exchange" as the Source platform and "Notes" as the Destination platform in the Setup tab.

Select the desired workloads to migrate, such as Email, Contact, and Calendar.

Configure the setup to migrate only the Email workload.

Configure the setup to migrate only the Contact workload.

Configure the setup to migrate only the Calendar workload.

Apply date filters to specific workloads to migrate data within a defined date range.

Proceed to the next step after finalizing workload selection and date filters.

Navigate to the Source tab to begin configuring the Exchange Server credentials.

Select the appropriate Exchange Server version from the dropdown menu (e.g., Exchange 2013).

Enter the Admin Email address for the source Exchange environment.

Enter the corresponding Admin Password for the source account.

Input the Active Directory IP address.

Input the Exchange Server IP address.

Check the "Include Sub Domain" box if sub-domains are to be included in the migration.

Click the "Validate" button to verify the source credentials and connectivity.

Ensure all permissions turn green indicating successful validation, then click "Next".

In the Destination tab, click "Validate" to authenticate the connection to the Domino Server.

Confirm successful validation of destination permissions and click "Next".

Navigate to the Users tab to choose between fetching users, importing users, or downloading a template.

Select "Fetch Users" to automatically retrieve user accounts from the source server.

Click "Continue" to proceed with fetching users from the configured source account.

Confirm the number of users fetched successfully by clicking "OK".

Click "Download Template" to obtain the CSV file format for manual user mapping.

Save the sample CSV template to the local system.

Locate the downloaded CSV template file on the computer.

Edit the CSV file to map Source Users to Destination Users and define license usage.

Click "Import Users" to upload the prepared CSV file containing the user map.

Browse for the user list CSV file within the Import Users dialog.

Select the populated CSV file and click "Open".

Click "Upload" to load the user mapping data into the tool.

Acknowledge the completion of the user import process by clicking "OK".

Review the list of users populated in the dashboard.

Select the users to migrate and click "Validate" to check source and destination account status.

Confirm successful user validation by clicking "OK".

Now, switch to the settings page. Adjust the "Concurrent user" slider in the Settings tab to define the number of concurrent users processed per account.

Click the "Start Migration" button to begin the migration process for validated users.

Review the license consumption summary and click "Start" to initiate the migration.

Acknowledge the "Migration started successfully" confirmation message.

Monitor the "Pending" tab to view users waiting to be processed.

Monitor the "In Progress" tab to view the real-time status of active migrations.

Check the "Completed" tab to view users whose migration has finished successfully.

Access the "Re-Run Migration" menu to view options for re-processing users.

Select "Retry Failed Items" to attempt migrating only the items that failed previously.

Select "Delta Migration" to migrate only new data arrived since the last migration.

Select "Re-Run Full Migration" to restart the entire migration process for selected users.

Expand the "Download Report" menu to access report options.

Save the Migration Summary Report CSV file to a local directory.

Select users and click "Download" to generate a detailed migration report.

Click "Download" on the confirmation prompt after report generation is complete.

Save the compressed Detailed Report file to the local system.
