How to Open DXL Files

Explore the tree view & find the DXL files, Now preview the selected DXL files from selected folder of DXL Files:

Switch View

The user can switch between dual view modes i.e. Horizontal view and Vertical view.

Emails are shown under Normal Mail View tab.

Attachments are shown under Attachments tab.

The user can export a particular email by right clicking on the email and then click on Export.

The tool offers advanced Export Option like Hierarchy option: Maintain Hierarchy, Flat Hierarchy & Store at Source Location and multiple file naming options.

Click on Browse to select the destination folder.

Browse for a destination folder where the DXL file to be stored.

Click on Export to export the DXL file into the PDF format.

A prompt appears showing that the export completed successfully.

Export Selected folder of DXL to PDF File

If user select the Export option from navigation bar then user can export a complete folder to PDF format.

The tool offers advanced Export Option like Hierarchy option: Maintain Hierarchy, Flat Hierarchy & Store at Source Location and multiple file naming options.

Click on Browse button to select the destination folder.

Browse for destination folder where the exported file is to be stored.

Click on Export button to export the DXL file into PDF format.

A prompt appears showing that the export completed successfully.

You can successfully view the location of the saved PDF File on your Local System.

Now, double click to open the PDF File on your system.
