How to Export Lotus Notes Contacts to GMAIL Contacts?

SysTools Lotus Notes Contacts to GMAIL safely exports Lotus Notes Address Book to Gmail contacts. It can convert names.nsf to GMAIL Contacts.csv that can further be imported to Google Gmail contacts.

STEP 1

Go to Start menu » Programs » SysTools Lotus Notes Contacts to GMAIL » SysTools Lotus Notes Contacts to GMAIL

STEP 2

Click on "Browse" button to select names.nsf file.

STEP 3

After selection of the source file; names.nsf, click on the Open button.

STEP 4

After selecting the names.nsf file, software will start scanning it. After the scanning completes, click on OK.

STEP 5

Now the software will show all the contacts found in the selected names.nsf file. Click on Proceed to Conversion button.

STEP 6

Select the contact fields to be converted or imported to Gmail and click "Start Conversion" button.

STEP 7

Now locate the location to save the converted CSV file and software will start scanning the selected names.nsf file.

STEP 8

After this, the scanning process will begin.

STEP 9

You can open the converted GMAIL Contacts.CSV file by clicking the on the link; Open Exported Contacts File.

STEP 10

Import GMAILContacts.csv File to Gmail Contacts

After the scanning process, open your Gmail account and click on the drop down menu for Gmail and select “Contact” link as shown below:

After clicking on “Contact” button, go to the More tab & click the down arrow. From the options select Import:

Finally click on “Browse” button to select the output CSV file. After locating the CSV file, click on “Import” button. After that you will see all the Lotus Notes contacts in the form of Gmail Contacts.csv, will get saved in Google Gmail contacts.

Now you can view the imported contacts in your Gmail contact list:
