How to Export Email from Lotus Notes to Word Files

Run the software: Go to Start Menu » All Programs » SysTools Lotus Notes to Word Converter » SysTools Lotus Notes to Word Converter.

Click on the Browse button to load the NSF file, as shown in the image:

Select the NSF file to be converted and click on the Open button to load it on the software.

Click on "Start Scan" to scan the items within the Notes Database file.

Live updates of the scanning process will be visible on the software panel once the scan begins.

The software will prompt you with the following alert box, as soon as the scanning completes:

Click on OK to proceed.

The software will display all email folders within the database; Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Follow Up, Junk Mail, Trash, and the sub folders along with custom folders. 
Select the folders from which emails have to be converted using checkboxes provided against each.
Click on Start Conversion, to proceed towards the next step of conversion.

A Browse for Folder window will appear. Select a destination folder to save the conversion output, i.e. the newly created Word files.

Now, the software will display an Export to Word Documents window.

Click on the Export Emails to Word Document button to begin with the conversion.

Lotus Notes emails to Word conversion progress details can be viewed on the window that currently appears on screen, as shown:

The software will display a message box displaying the destination location of the Word files created. Click on Ok to close the window:

Navigate to the location where software has saved the converted emails as .doc files.
