How to Find Lotus Notes NSF File on Network

Simple steps and self explanatory options make NSF finder software the user friendly which make user effort in working with the NSF file finder much easier.

STEP 1

Start » All Programs » SysTools NSF Finder

Running the tool on Windows OS, will give the screen as given below with the machines found under the same domain listed. Select one machine and go for "Find" option.

Fill the "Domain Credentials" with user name and password, and also select search option as from- All drives or from specific drive, Click OK

STEP 3

"Searching for NSF file Completes with Number of NSF File Found"- Message box thus appear will carry this information, click OK

STEP 4

Choose the option to "Copy" NSF file to desired location and select desired location click "OK"

STEP 5

"Copying of NSF file Completed with Number of NSF Files Copied"- Message box will carry the information regarding successful completion of copy NSF process, click "OK"

STEP 6

To export details regarding NSF file searched and listed, user can choose the option to "Export as CSV".

Once the process is completed, exit the application NSF Finder, by selecting "Yes" option from the warning mail on attempt to close the setup.
