Steps to Combine Different Lotus Notes Archive NSF Files

How to Combine Lotus Notes Archive Database File (include emails, contacts & archive folder) using the software

STEP 1

Launch SysTools NSF Merge software from the installed location or Go to Start Menu » All Programs » SysTools NSF Merge

STEP 2

Click "Add Files" to manually add NSF files one by one or "Add Folder" to add the complete folder containing the files to be combined. The software scans and display them in the adjacent pane with "File Names" and their source path.

The software provides multiple options to Combine NSF files such as Join & Merge.

STEP 4

All the NSF Archive files get populated in the software interface. When you select the Merge option then there are two options to filter unwanted emails. First is: Remove Duplicates & second is: Exclude Deleted

When you perform Join operation on Lotus Notes Archive Files then there is one option available to filter the Exclude Deleted Items only.

STEP 6

Select the Folder to save the combined NSF File.

STEP 7

Click on the button "Merge NSF File" to start the processs.

STEP 8

When the process start you can monitor the live status of combining NSF files.

The process of merging completed successfuly. Click ok after getting notification message.

Click Yes to exit the software
