Scan Large OLM Files Using SysTools Software Quickly

Note: Please create a copy(backup) of the original OLM file before proceeding with these steps.

Go to folder where OLM file is Present, For example it is Data.olm

Now, Edit the file type .olm to .zip [ eg.- Data.zip ]

Continue with Extract process of .zip File. Simply right click on .zip file and hit Extract Files option. (We recommend using 7-Zip/Winzip tool for the extraction process, as it is faster than other tools).

After extracting, you will see a folder next to the .zip file with the same name.

Launch the "SysTools Outlook Mac Exporter" and Click on the "Add File" button.

The Software will Show the propmpt as follows

Click on Browse Extracted Folder » Path

Add the extracted file in the "Select Path" then Click "Add"

Once the file has been added the pop-up shown "Scanning Completed Successfully"
