How to Locate OST File » OST Finder

Find the OST files available in the many systems under same domain as well as on the local machine. This how it works section is helpful for knowing the process to locate OST files Outlook in advance.

STEP 1

Start » All Programs » SysTools OST Finder

First screen will show the machine on which it is running, as OST Finder have the ability to find OST files from local machine also.

STEP 2

Get the first screen of the software with the list of machines found in the domain if the system is member of domain with multiple machines added to it.

Select one machine and to find the OST files from it, fill the credential as user name password, with search options as- All drives or specific drives, Click OK

Progress of search OST file from machine selected will be shown

Get the message for successful completion of find OST file process, Click Ok

STEP 5

Select copy option to save listed OST file to desired location or select export to CSV option to export details of OST file to desired location

Select the desired location to save OST file from the system with browse folder option and click OK

If you want to save details as CSV, fill the column for file name and Save

Get the message of successful export OST file details to CSV format, Click Ok
