Privacy Notice and Consent for Accessing Your Outlook.com Data

Dear User,

Your privacy is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal information. To enable the backup functionality of our product, SysTools requires access to your Outlook.com account. Below are the details of the data we need, how it will be used, and how you can manage permissions:

By granting the requested permissions, you consent to SysTools accessing your Outlook.com account through Microsoft APIs. You acknowledge that this access is limited to the scope and purpose described above.

STEP 1

Enter your Outlook.com or Hotmail email address, then click Sign in with Outlook.com.

When prompted, select Move to Permission Grant Page to continue.

Next, enter your Outlook.com/Hotmail password in the password field.

To verify your identity, open the Microsoft Authenticator app or check your Outlook inbox for the verification code. Enter the code in the Verification Code field as shown in the example below.

Click Accept to grant the tool permission to access your Outlook.com data.

Finally, validate the permissions and click Next to proceed.

STEP 2: Revoke Consent (if needed)

Go to the Microsoft Account Privacy Settings, and sign in with your Outlook.com/Hotmail account.

Locate SysTools Outlook Backup Tool in the list of connected apps.

select systools outlook.com backup

Click Remove these permissions to withdraw app-level permissions for your account.
