Get Complete Report

The Outlook OST Reporter gives you a complete insight of OST file including the count of items present within it. You can view the complete attachment details, top sender list with details, top recipient list & details, year wise item count and folder wise item count. This report is available in the form of graphical chart as well as in bars.

Generate Summary Report

As the OST file scan finishes, you can view a complete summary of the same. This summary includes overall statistics & count of each item within the OST file like; email, contacts, calendars, tasks, notes, journals and attachments (including the embedded attachments). Also, it can view the usage overview like; size of each item and space acquired by them within selected Outlook OST file.

Show OST Attachment Details

After viewing the summary of OST file report, you can navigate into the Attachments tab to view details of its attachments. Here, you can view the type of attachments, count of that particle attachment type, and the complete size in MB. The software shows count of all attachments including the embedded ones.

View Top Sender Details

In order to view the details of top message senders within the scanned OST file, go to Top sender tab. The software will show you complete detail of all senders which includes the sender's email address, the count of messages sent by them, and the total size of messages in MB. This information is crucial if you want to filter the most contacted people by an OST file user.

View Top Recipients Details

Along with the Top Sender details, software also shows you the list of top recipients. Navigate into the Top Recipient tab and you can view those email addresses to which maximum number of times emails have been sent. Along with email addresses, count of emails and the overall of size in MB are listed.

Export Selective Report

After viewing each detail of the complete report generated, you can also export it to CSV. The software provides you with the option to either export all the category report or export selective report as per your requirement. In both the cases, software will create a separate .csv file for each category like: attachments.csv, summary.csv, top-sender.csv and so on.

View Year Wise Report

The software generates a year wise report of activity performed within the OST files. It will show the detail of each year from when the OST file has been created till the last accessed year. In this year wise tab, you can view the Year, the total item count along with size in MB.

Selective Report

View Folder Wise Report

In the folder wise tab, you can view the name of all folders available within OST file. It will show you the name of folder, location or path of that folder, number of total items present within the folder, size of folder in MB and the total number of attachments found in each folder including, embedded attachments.
