Simple Steps to Convert Multiple PST files into several formats using the MAC PST Converter Software
You can set the General Settings to export data in PDF format:
Naming Convention: Choose the Naming convention to save the emails with required names accordingly. By default, Subject is the naming convention of the file.
Categories: Select the category items which you want to export
Date Filters: You can apply Date Filter to select and export email messages of the specific duration.
Create Single PDF File: Enable this checkbox to create single PDF file (Applicable for Contacts & Notes).
Include Internet Message Header: Check this box to include the internet message header.
Click on Page Layout tab and specify the following filters:
Now click on Bates Number tab to apply bates numbers on the PDF files.
Bates Number Format: Choose which number to start bates numbering from along with the incrementation rate and position.
Date Stamp: Choose the position and format of date you want to be shown on all the PDF files.
Click Save button to save all the applied settings.
Next click on Attachments Settings tab to apply settings for attachments.
Attachments on Pin: Add attachment in PDF as Pin.
Append Attachment: Convert attachment as PDF and append at the end of the email.
Save Attachment: Save attachments in a folder in its original file format.
Naming Convention for Attachments: Choose Naming Convention from FileName or Subject+FileName.
You can also create folder for attachments according to Naming Convention.
Click on the Advance Setting option and specify the following filters such as:
Naming Convention: Choose this option to save the emails with the required names.
Categories: Select the items, you want to export such as Mails, Contacts & Calendars.
Note: Here, Contacts & Calendars are exported as VCF and ICS format respectively.
Date filter: with this you can filter out the final EML files as per the date.
Note: This option is available from Mails only with Sent Date.
After that, click the Save button
You can specify the following filters such as:
Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject+Date, From+Subject+Date, Autoincrement, etc.
Categories: Select the items, you want to export such as Mails, Contacts & Calendars as per the requirement.
Date filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final files as per the date.
After that, click the Save button
You can specify the following filters such as:
Naming Convention: Choose the different naming conventions to save the exported emails in that notation.
Categories: Select the items, you want to export such as Mails, Contacts & Calendars.
Date filter: With this you can export the emails according to the date range.
Click Save button.
Now click on Advance Settings button for filters and additional features:

vCard Version: You can also choose the desired vCard version (vCard 2.1, 3.0, 4.0) here.
Create single VCF file: Check this checkbox if you want to include all the contacts in single VCF file.
Click Save button.
