How to Find Outlook PST Files Location

Here are the simple steps that make PST Locator more reliable than other software to locate PST files. These steps will help you find the location of the PST file and know how to locate and save PST file at a location of your choice.

STEP 1

Start » All programs » SysTools PST Locator

Run the tool and a screen displaying the details of, located PST files will appear, as shown below. Click on the Save option to save the PST files located.

STEP 2

A window to select the destination path with Browse option will be displayed on screen.

Read note that says Outlook needs to be closed to save the files.

Browse desired location and once the destination location path is selected, click on OK

You will now get the pop up message informing the completion of PST file saving process. Click on OK

Close the PST Locator software window and accept the warning message to close the process.

Outlook PST Locator saves PST files at desired location.
