SysTools Outlook to Notes Converter: Know How it Works!

Run the software: Start » All Programs » SysTools Outlook to Notes

The application checks for pre-requisites, and displays the following window. Please make sure that all the pre-requisites are marked with a green check.

Using Add File(s) or Add Folder option, select the PST file for conversion.

After clicking the Add File(s) button, the following screen will be displayed. Choose the desired PST file and click on Open to upload the PST file on the software interface.

Once the selected PST file is uploaded, it will be shown in the software panel as shown below.

Click Next to proceed with the conversion process.

Customize the Conversion: Select all or selective Categories (Mails, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Notes, Journals) to convert data from PST to NSF

Choose Email Date-Filter: Select a “From” and “To” date interval to convert Outlook emails received on/during a particular date.

Choose Contacts Date-Filter: Provide a “From” and “To” date each and convert contacts received on/during a particular date.

Choose Calendar Date-Filter: Provide a “From” and “To” date each and convert MS Outlook calendar entries received on/during a particular date.

Choose Date-Filter for Tasks: Mention date under “From” and “To” category to filter tasks on the basis of dates.

Choose Date-Filter for Journals: Provide date under “From” and “To” category to filter journal entries according to the specified dates.

Here, you can select other customized options like Maintain Folder Hierarchy, Exclude Deleted Items folder, Create Separate NSF file for Contacts.

Browse the destination location and click Export to initiate the conversion process.

Upon completion of file conversion, a pop-up window stating the same is displayed as shown below.

The converted NSF file along with the report is placed at the destination location.
