Extract Email Address from Outlook PST / OST / BAK / MSG / OLM Files Using this Amazing Utility
Click Start » All Programs » SysTools Outlook Email Address Extractor » The initial software screen will appear to you as:
Here, the software will provide you four options for adding files.
- Default Storage: This will let you extract email addresses from all the configured Outlook profiles in your system.
- OST / PST / BAK: Extract all the email addresses from OST / PST / BAK files.
- MSG: Extract the email addresses from MSG files.
- OLM: Extract the email addresses from OLM files (Outlook for Mac).
Once you added the Outlook file from the Outlook default storage, then you will able to view the added file in the preview area. Here you will able to see the file path and the size of the file.
You can also opt Remove option to draw out wrongly imported files.
Click on "Remove All" option to remove all the added files from the Software.
To add OST / PST / BAK files click on Add File(s). Select the desired file and click on Open button.
To add OST / PST / BAK folder click on Add Folder. Select the desired folder and click on OK button.
If you want to search files then, click on Search Files. Select the specific Drive and click on Search File(s) button.
After that select the files and click on Add.
You can also opt Remove option to draw out wrongly imported files.

VCF option will allow you to choose the vCard Version. Also, you can create Single vCard Files For All Addresses.
