How to Remove PDF Watermark? Follow Simple Steps!

STEP 1

Click Start » All Programs » SysTools PDF Watermark Remover » The initial software screen will appear to you as

STEP 2

Click on the "Add Files" and "Add Folder" to add PDF files on the software.

Users can also draw out wrongly added PDF files with "Remove" and "Remove All" options respectively.

Users can also arrange PDF files with "Move up" and "Move Down" options respectively.

Browse to the location where your PDF files have been stored and select the desired files and click on "Open". For multiple selection press shift key & select all the desired PDF files.

The software can remove watermark from restricted PDF documents as well as know password protected PDF files. But, in case of password locked PDF, the user must know the password & enter while adding secured PDF. Otherwise proceed to next step.



STEP 5

Users can choose to “Save” or "Print" resultant PDF files. You can also choose to remove any kind of encryption in the resultant PDF files. By default, the tool wil save files on desktop in a folder. To change the saving location click on "Change".


STEP 6

Browse for saving location and click on "OK". You can also make a new folder to save your output files.


STEP 7

Here, you can click on the “Preview” button to view the PDF page before generating results


STEP 8

Here is the PDF page with no watermark.


STEP 9

Coming back to the tool, if satisfied with the preview you can now click on "Remove" button


STEP 10

Once the process gets complete, click on OK


STEP 11

Now, click on the destination path link for PDF files


STEP 12

Here are your resultant PDF files without the watermark


STEP 13

Open your PDFs and you can see the watermark has been removed
