SysTools PDF Lock Software: Know How it Works!

Now, click Add File(s) or Add Folder option to add the PDF Files into the software.

If you have added the wrong PDF File, then simply click on the Remove for removing single PDF file and Remove All for removing all added file into the software pane.

Once, the file is uploaded into software. Click on the Destination button to select the destination location to save the password protected PDF.

After this, go to the Settings tab and choose Apply Document Restriction option. Also, click on the Printing drop-down and select the printing restrictions as per you need.

You can also change the editing option for PDF by choose the Change Drop-down option.

Once all the restrictions applied, enter the Password to lock the PDF and apply the restrictions.

Using this tool users can also add Password for opening the PDF. Just select the Apply Document Open Password option and Enter Password.

After adding the Password click on the Encryption Drop-down menu to select the encryption type and secure you PDF from any kind of modification.

Once all the settings are done, click on the Lock button to secure the PDF file.

After task is completed, you get a pop-up The PDF files are locked Successfully. Now, click on the OK button to complete the task.

To see the PDF file is locked or nt go to the destination location and open the PDF file. If the file ask for the password, then it is locked now.
