Transfer Indexing to Another System

Step by Step Guide to Transfer Indexing from One System to Another System

When to Use This:

If you have scanned the your file using SysTools software and completed the indexing process, and you want to transfer the indexing to another system to save time and be able to start data searching directly.

STEP 1

Visit the Path in your old system C:\ProgramData\CDTPL\SysTools Software Name like: (OutlookPSTViewerPro) and copy the Case_O folder.

STEP 2

Install the same SysTools software on your new system and follow the C:\ProgramData\CDTPL\SysTools Software Name like: (OutlookPSTViewerPro) and paste the Case_O (copied from old system) folder.

STEP 3

Now you need to save the your data file (here as PST file) in the same path as it was on the old system. For example: if the PST file path on the old system was E Drive >> PST >> abc.pst, then you must save it in the same path on the new system as well: E Drive >> PST >> abc.pst.

After that, launch the software and browse the same PST file to complete the scanning process. Once the scanning is finished, the user can directly perform the search process.
