1. If the user sees the message that says the form is closed. Then, go to the Response tab and enable Accepting responses.
2. To resolve the Need Permission error for external users. In the Settings of the Forms. Click on the Responses. Then, disable the Restrict to users in (organization name)”.
3. When the form unexpectedly stop workinig. Check if the Limit to 1 response is enabled. Or disable the add-on that reached the preset submission cap.
4. Respondent must be logged in to the Google account if the form includes a file upload question. Also, make sure the Google Drive has enough space to save new files.
5. If the responses are missing in your spreadsheet. Click on the Responses tab and then press the three-dot menu. Select the Unlink form, then Select response destination button to reconnect it.

• Always check your permission when sharing the Google Forms. Give the appropriate permission level to the users to access the forms.
• Make sure you preview your form and submit the test response before sharing it. To check everything is correct.
• Use necessary add-ons or extensions as they create conflicts, and your Google Form link will not work.
