  1. If the user sees the message that says the form is closed. Then, go to the Response tab and enable Accepting responses.
  2. To resolve the Need Permission error for external users. In the Settings of the Forms. Click on the Responses. Then, disable the Restrict to users in (organization name)”.
  3. When the form unexpectedly stops working. Check if the Limit to 1 response is enabled. Or disable the add-on that reached the preset submission cap.
  4. Respondent must be logged in to the Google account if the form includes a file upload question. Also, make sure that you have enough storage space available.
