Runs on Google’s cloud platform, which makes it easier to access from any device.

Whereas Exchange Server is an email server developed by Microsoft. It is an on-premise mail server where the organization has full control over the email environment, advanced security, and other things. G Suite and MS Exchange both help you manage your emails. • Some organizations prefer to use an on-premise server rather than a cloud-based program. because of internal IT policies, data sovereignty laws, or investment in existing infrastructure.
  • In the Exchange server, you will get advanced security options: built-in encryption, malware protection, and customized access control. This helps you in protecting your sensitive data.
  • You can also integrate your Exchange server with other Microsoft apps with the help of Microsoft 365. So, if you prefer Microsoft products over Google, then it is a great way.
