  2. In the Search bar, enter Thunderbird.exe-p and open the Profile Manager.
  3. Select your Corrupt file and rename it.

  5. Once it is done, hit the Finish button, and this way, your corrupt Thunderbird folder is repaired.

Disable Add-ons and Extensions

Some add-ons can disrupt your work and corrupt your Thunderbird profile. Therefore, it is best to remove them.

  1. First, run Thunderbird in Safe Mode by pressing your Shift key and Thunderbird icon.
