The application lets you analyze unlimited emails from four different types of webmail accounts. The supported mail services include: Google Gmail, Google Apps, Hotmail (Outlook.com), and Yahoo.
You can use Normal Mail View or Message Header View to deeply analyze emails of any webmail service. Also, other views like; Hex View, Property View, HTML, Attachment, and Hierarchical View can be applied to the same use.
One or more collections can be created as well as maintained on the software. Each collection can contain multiple account emails of different webmail services. You can open recently created collection and add more accounts for analysis purpose.
SysTools WebMailPro+ can extract analyzed email messages & convert WebMail to PDF documents file each. Unlimited emails can be extracted into the legally accepted PDF format which can further be used for presentation of email evidence during litigation.
Specific emails can be examined or extracted using the additional search option. You can apply different search parameters, operators, keywords, customization, and search types (General & Regular Expression) provided by the application.

You can create a collection and scan all the three webmail service accounts one by one. Once the emails are downloaded, the software arranges them all in a tree structure to further investigate emails in each of them.
“The prime evidence in the case we are working on consists in the mails that have exchanged phone numbers. But we are not sure what the numbers are. How can I investigate those emails specifically?”
You can use the Search option featured by the application with "Regular Expression" as the selected Search Type. To find phone numbers you can try different regular expressions that help identify numbers (Example: Use [0-9] to find numbers between '0 to 9').

You can use the Throttling option provided on the Account window. Provide a desired amount of KBPS value and Percent in which it should be consumed, to manage the speed of scanning/downloading emails.
