Zimbra File Conversion Software to Convert Zimbra Mailbox Data into Multiple File Formats

After downloading the software, start the installation process. You can select any language from the list (English, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Deutsch, Italian, Russian, Indonesian, Netherland, Danish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese, Czech, Thai) as per your requirement.
Now start and check all the steps of SysTools Zimbra Converter software. You will see the main screen of software as shown in below image:
After this, Select radio button adjacent to File to add the required tgz files into the software.
After this, Select radio button adjacent to Folder to add the required tgz folder into the software.
Here, you need to enter login details of the Zimbra Webmail account.
After entering login details, click on Login button.
All the mailbox items will be listed in the panel. View the added Zimbra files in various previewing modes.

You can also switch view to Horizontal and vertical. As per your convenience
After clicking on the "Export button" the software will display various file formats. Select "PST."
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert Zimbra files into PST file format
PST Split Option: Using this option you can split the large PST files into desired file sizes
Date Filter Option: You can apply the date filter to perform range based conversion of Zimbra TGZ files into PST file format.
Categories: You can select the required tgz category from here
Once the settings have been made, click on the "Save" button.
Click on Browse to select the desired destination location for saving the resulting PST file in your system.
Hit OK button.
Maintain Folder Hierarchy: This option will maintain the complete on-disk folder hierarchy of the files / folder
Create Single PST File: Using this feature, users can create a consolidated PST file.
Don’t Export Empty Folder: Folder having no data will not be exported using this option.
Save the conversion report in the desired location by clicking on "Save" button.
Choose the desired location and hit Save button.
After clicking on the "Export button" the software will display various file formats. Select "MBOX."
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert Zimbra files into MBOX file format
Date Filter Option: You can apply the date filter to perform range based conversion of Zimbra TGZ files into MBOX file format.
Click on Browse to select the desired destination location for saving the resulting MBOX file in your system.
Hit OK button.

Save the conversion report in the desired location by clicking on "Save" button.
Choose the desired location and hit Save button.

General Settings
Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject+Date, From+Subject+Date, Autoincrement, etc.
Categories: You can select the required tgz category from here
Date Filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final msg files as per the date filter.
You can also check the Include Internet Message Header checkbox.
Page Layout
Margin: The software provides advance option to apply page margin. Which can be applied in range of Minimum 2.0 mm and Maximum 10.0 mm
Page Layout: Use this option to use Paper Orientation and Page Size
Header and Footer: Include Header and Footer Text using this feature
Attachment
Apply the desired attachment settings from this filter
Bates Number
Bates Number Format: You can apply page number and other formatting like, Start Number, Increment By, and Position.
Date Stamp: You can also apply date stamp and choose preferred position.
Click on Browse to select the desired destination location for saving the resulting PDF file in your system.
Hit OK button.

Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert Zimbra files into vCard file format
vCard Version: Choose the most suited vCard version as per your requirement
Merge vCard: Merge contacts into single vCard using this feature
Click on Browse to select the desired destination location for saving the resulting vCard file in your system.
Hit OK button.

Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert Zimbra files into O365 file format.
In Office 365 Settings
For User Impersonation, provide the Admin SMTP ID in the box provided and press Enter.
Then, you will be redirected to a new window for authentication.
In General Settings
Here, provide the Destination Mailbox ID to proceed further
To provide destination Office 365 Account from CSV, choose this option

Next, click on the Next button
Provide the Office 365 account name and Validate
At last, click on Export button
Steps to Get Rid of the Error Message
If you are experiencing the aforementioned error message, please go through the upcoming steps to eliminate it.
Please Unzip the TGZ file using 7Zip or WinRar software.
After that, add the unzipped folder into our software using Folder option.
The Zimbra Migration Tool will now process that file and convert data into desired file format.
