Know How SysTools Zoho Backup for Windows Works

The Step by Step Guide to Export Zoho Account Emails to Other file formats such as PST, PDF, EML, MBOX and MSG file formats with the help of advanced filters.

Steps to Export Zoho Mail Emails

STEP 1

Go to the start menu click on All Programs » SysTools Zoho Backup.

You can change the language of the tool as per need as this tool supports multiple languages such as English, Chinese, Russian, Netherlands, Indonesian, German, etc.

Once the software is launched, Provide the credentials for the Zoho Mail account as shown below:

Click on "Login" Button.

STEP 2

Click on Activate tab and proceed with tool activation. Activation Steps

On the next menu select the file format in which the backup would be created. The Following options are available:

Select Export Options

STEP 4

Select the radio button corresponding to "EML" labeled text.

Click on the "Browse" button to browse the final destination for the export process.

Navigate and select the destination and click on "OK" Button.

Now, The selected file will be displayed in the text box corresponding to the "Browse" button.

STEP 7

Click on Delete After Download button to remove the emails downloaded from the Thank you account server.
A window Pops up asking Are you sure you want to delete the mails from server after download?

Click Yes to perform the local Zoho emails archive process. After allowing, the option will be highlighted as below

Choose "Incremental Backup" to backup Zoho data , which are not downloaded in previous processes, if you are taking backup on the same machine.

For Incremental backup, make sure the backup machine should be same.

Apply customized filters by clicking on the "Apply filters" button.

Provide the custom filters as per which the backup for the Zoho account can be created.

  • Select Folders: Include the folders that can included for backup creation.
  • E-mail Filter: This includes the date filter including the from and to constraints to define the start and end date respectively.

Click on "Start" Button.

The software will now start the process.

Click on the destination location to view the Zoho Mail file.
