How to Convert PDF to PDF/A Format

Now Converting a PDF file to PDF/A format is easy! These are the simple steps used for converting PDF documents into PDF/A format. The following instructions are provided for the usage of SysTools PDF Toolbox application.

STEP 1

Go to Start » All Programs » SysTools PDF Toolbox » SysTools PDF Toolbox

Steps for Converting PDF to PDF/A:

Click on "Convert PDF/A". This option allows you to convert PDF document(s) to PDF/A format.

Choose the "Add File(s)/Add Folder" option to select PDF file.

Select the PDF files which are to be converted into PDF/A format & Click on Open button.

Now the screen will display all the selected files. The tool also allows you to remove any of the selected file(s).

Choose the destination path where you would want the converted PDF file to be stored.

Now the software will show you the summary page containing information selected in the previous steps.

Click on "Start" button to begin the procedure.

After completing the process, the software will display a confirmation screen. Click on OK. Now the process is completed.
