How to Open & Export EML Files into PDF

Explore the tree view & navigate your EML files. Now preview selected EML emails from the selected folder containg EML files.

View EML Emails in Different Modes

Eml Mail View of emails is shown below in which user can view email files in usual way: Normal Mail View, Hex View, Properties View, Message Header View, MIME View, HTML View, RTF View and Attachments View.

Attachments of email can be viewed under Attachment tab, as shown below.

Search Mail within EML

Click the Search button to find specific email within the selected single EML folder or from multiple EML folders. User can add multiple filter for searching your query for the particular mail.

After filling the filters, you can apply them with Advance operators i.e. NOT, OR & AND:
NOT : Without application of OR & AND operator. NOT operator can be applied.
OR : From the applied set of filters, the email having any matching filter (To or From or Subject, etc.), shown as outcome.
AND : All these filters must have in the email then only it will shown as outcome.

User can view searched text within the email in the highlighted text, after processing of queries:

Mail Containing Exact Match appears with highlighted data. The software also displays partial words contained by other emails with the matched set of words.

After search, you can easily remove duplicate search result

This tool also offer an option to export search report. Just select the result and click on the Export button.

Export Selected Emails into Adobe PDF Format

User can right click on the mail & click the Export option then, only selected mails get exported by the software.

This software provides two Export Options:

1. Convert and export EML email into PDF format., and
2. Print EML emails

Click on the "Advanced Settings" button to change PDF settings.

On the Advanced settings, user can specify the settings for EML to PDF file conversion. For this, the software gives three different options to arrange PDF file efficiently.

In General Settings option you will get the following options:

1. Naming Convention: You can select the naming convention for the final converted files such as subject, subject + date, etc.
2. Categories: This includes the mails, contacts, calendars, task, etc.
3. Date filter option: You can provide the from date and to date interval in order to perform the selective export.

In Page Layout option you will get the following settings:

• Margin: It provides option to set Top, Bottom, Right, Left margin of each page with a minimum of 2.0mm to maximum of 10.0mm.
• Paper layout: In Paper layout settings, you can choose Paper Orientation and Page size.
• Header and Footer: In this setting, user can save the Header Text and Footer Text within the PDF pages.

You can choose Landscape or Portrait in Page Orientation and A3, A4, Letter for Page size as per requirement.

In Attachment option, you will get the following options:

• Save all Attachments on pin: This option is provided to save email attachments on pin with their corresponding email.
• Append Attachments in PDF body: By using this option, user can save attachment with the PDF of its correspondng email message.
• Save all Attachments in their native format: It helps users to save all the attachments with their original file format.

In Bates Number option you will get the following settings.

• Bates Number Format: You can set Start Number, its Increment by value and its Position accordingly.
• Date Stamp: You can choose the Format and its Position as per requirement.

Now, browse the Destination Location to save resultant files. Then click on Export button.

Software show export process.

The notification message confirms the export process completed successfully. Click OK button.

Export Selected EML folder to Adobe PDF

If user select the Export option from Tool bar and selection of folder is must which user wants to export

The next screen show the Export Options:

Now, select required Export Options and click Export buton to start the printing process.

The notification message confirms the Export process is completed successfully.

Export report generated automatically. You can save this report in the local machine in CSV format, as shown below.

Export Report notification message confirm the saving of report. Click OK button.

Preview the Results

Go to the location where you have saved the PDF file in your machine.

Now, you can observe that emails get saved into PDF file type and the name of email saved by subject of email as the naming convention "Subject" was selected earlier:

To view the PDF file open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader. To get the attachment of email click on the Attachment icon as shown below:

View the attachment shown in the lower section. You can open it with the appropriate program:
