How to Backup IMAP Emails to PST, PDF, MBOX, HTML, EML, TXT, EMLX & MSG, CSV & MHT on Mac Device

Backup IMAP Emails in PST Format

Select the radio button corresponding to "PST" labelled text.

Delete After Download: To delete emails from the server once the process is completed successfully.

Incremental Backup: If you have backed up your account earlier, then incremental backup option window will pop-up. Depending on your choice, you can select Yes or No option.

Click on the "Change" button to browse the final destination of your resultant files. You can also create a New Folder by clicking on it.

Lastly, click on the "Start Backup" button

Exporting Process Completed Successfully message will then prompt on your screen.

You can view the resultant PST file at the destination location, as shown below

Select the radio button corresponding to "MHT" labelled text.

Afterwards, click on the checkbox besides "Advance Settings"

• Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject+Date, From+Subject+Date, Autoincrement, etc.
• Date Filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final msg files as per the date filter.

Delete After Download: To delete emails from the server once the process is completed successfully.

Backup and Print IMAP Emails.

Select the radio button corresponding to "PRINT" labelled text.

Afterwards, click on the checkbox besides "Advance Settings".

In Page Layout section, adjust the margins and page layout settings as per needed.

Under Bates Number section, select the Date Stamp and the format for Bates numbering.

Next click on Attachment tab to apply settings meant for the Attached files.

Append Attachment: Convert the attached files in PDF and append them at the end of the email message.

Save Attachment: Saves attachments in a separate folder in its original file format.

Click on the "Change" button to browse the final destination of your resultant files. You can also create a New Folder by clicking on it.

Lastly, click on the "Start Backup" button and connect your printers to take the print.
