How to Transfer Lotus Notes Address Book to Outlook

Go to Start menu » Programs » SysTools Notes Address Book Converter » SysTools Notes Address Book Converter.

Browse the Lotus Notes contacts file (names.nsf) format you want to convert into MS Outlook contact.

After clicking on the Browse button, this screen will appear. Choose .nsf file and click on the Open button.

Now click on the Scan Notes Contacts button to proceed the scanning procedure.

The software will start scanning the selected Notes Address Book file (.nsf file) and provides you progress update.

After complete scanning of Notes address book contacts, the software will display a dialogue box with the following message: Notes Address Book Scan Completed.

After complete scanning of selected .nsf file, software will display all the contacts from the Lotus Notes Address Book file (.nsf), software rearranges the contacts in specific folders in an alphabetical order.
Select specific contacts to view their details from names.nsf file.

Now click on Save Contacts button to begin the saving procedure.

The software will display all available "Conversion Options". Choose required conversion format, you may save contacts into an Outlook PST file, export contacts to MS Excel file, or Save them in vCard format. Click on "Start Conversion" button.

Now choose the location where you want to save the converted contacts.

Click on OK. The software will start converting Lotus Notes contacts to the selected format.

After exporting Lotus Notes Address Book file (NSF file), the software will display the number of contacts successfully exported.
